• Fees are non-refundable unless stated in writing
• Delayed payments may result in service suspension
• Government taxes are applicable as per law

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business and campaign information
• Ensure compliance with TRAI, IT Act, and advertising laws
• Obtain consent for marketing communications
• Use services ethically and lawfully

5. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, strategies, code, and materials developed by Digicalm Media Pvt. Ltd. remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Digicalm Media Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of revenue or data.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if Terms are violated, payments are delayed, or misuse is detected.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
